Aboubacar Sidick Bakayoko

Commercial Diver and Founder of BAKSID Inc.

Graduated from Middle East Commercial Diving in Egypt and from the National School of Commercial Divers in France, Aboubacar Sidick Bakayoko represents a new generation of professionals in the subsea sector. Founder of BAKSID Inc. at just 32 years old, he is recognized as the youngest professional diver in West Africa.

With over 7 years of experience in both onshore and offshore environments, he has taken part in numerous technical operations in Africa and the Middle East. His expertise covers a wide range of underwater missions, from structure cleaning to equipment installation in confined or deep environments, always in compliance with international safety and quality standards.

Visionary, rigorous, and passionate, he places training, innovation, and the development of local skills at the heart of the BAKSID project.
Joseph Djigbe

Joseph Djigbe

Diving Team Leader and QHSE Expert

With over 24 years of experience in underwater works, Joseph Djigbe is a key reference in the field. He has supervised and performed complex operations on major offshore installations, including the Baobab and Espoir FPSOs, as well as on large-scale projects in Côte d’Ivoire and the Congo.

A specialist in deep diving up to 110 meters, he masters inspection techniques, hyperbaric welding, hull cleaning, and subsea flexible installations. His expertise is supported by the use of advanced equipment such as the Cavi Blaster and the Aquajack Flexible, ensuring precision and efficiency on the field.

Recognized for his rigor and commitment to QHSE standards, Joseph embodies operational excellence and safety at the core of every mission.
